A virtual currency Bitcoin wallet will soon be available for purchase, with the website announcing it will be “open for business”.
The website Bitcoin.co.uk said it will make Bitcoin available to anyone who has “a wallet, a computer and a USB key”.
The virtual currency is currently valued at more than $1,000 (£624).
Bitcoin.com will accept Bitcoin as payment for any goods or services.
“The Bitcoin wallet is open for anyone who is ready to get their hands dirty with Bitcoin.
You will be able to buy and sell your Bitcoins, earn interest on your Bitcoin and store them safely with Bitcoin,” the website said.”
Bitcoin will soon become a reality as we make it available to all, for everyone, who wants to get into Bitcoin, as it will become an integral part of the global economy.”
Bitcoin.co will make the wallet available to those who have “a laptop, a USB keyboard, a laptop mouse and an internet connection”.
Users who register their Bitcoin addresses in Bitcoin.org will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to register.
Users can also buy Bitcoins with fiat currency using a credit card.
Bitcoin.org has more than 8,000 users who have registered their addresses in the cryptocurrency.
Some users have also used the website to buy Bitcoin for personal use.
Users are able to purchase Bitcoin using debit cards and pay in US dollars.
Bitcoin.info, a Bitcoin wallet provider, has been active in the virtual currency space since 2014.
